We are looking for a Senior Accountant who can take ownership of end-to-end accounting operations, ensure compliance with Indian and international accounting standards, and support our growing network of clients globally.Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting Operations Manage day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing. Maintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable IFRS norms, also Indian GAAP Ensure timely posting of transactions, accruals, and provisions. 2. Financial Reporting Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement. Assist in consolidation and preparation of MIS reports for management review. Perform financial analysis, variance reporting, and cost control analysis. 3. Taxation & Compliance Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings . Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and company secretaries for audit and compliance matters. Prepare and review monthly/quarterly statutory returns. 4. Internal Controls & Process Improvement Implement and monitor accounting systems and internal controls. Identify process gaps and propose automation or improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Support in ERP/Accounting software implementation and maintenance. 5. Client Coordination (for Outsourced Accounting Projects) Manage accounting deliverables for multiple client entities. Communicate financial results and compliance updates to clients on time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data gathering and reporting. Required Qualifications Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Semi-qualified CA or CMA. Experience: 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a consulting, CA firm, or corporate environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Dynamics, Mybizz ERP, Zoho Books, or ERP platforms (MyBizz ERP preferred) . Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards (Ind AS / Indian GAAP) . Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
