You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring personalized dining experiences through special gestures, freebies, and fun engagement activities. You'll plan and execute exciting in-house events, collaborate with brands and influencers for visibility, and contribute to social media content. Additional responsibilities include training staff on guest engagement, analyzing feedback, and managing corporate relationships for group bookings.
Responsibilities
1. Personal Touch
Welcome and interact with guests to provide a personalized experience (e.g., special discounts, freebies for big billing groups, celebrations, and engagement games).
2. In-House Events
Ideate, plan, and execute themed events on special days and festivals (e.g., Valentine's Day, Oktoberfest, Republic Day).
3. Collaborations
Partner with local businesses, alcohol brands, and influencers to boost brand awareness and visibility through trending collaborations.
4. Social Media Content
Contribute ideas for the monthly content calendar and collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging, trending, and innovative content.
5. Customer Feedback
Analyze and act on guest feedback (both online and in-person) to enhance experience quality.
6. Corporate Relationships
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to drive group bookings and private events.
7. Staff Training
Hold monthly training sessions for the staff on best practices for guest interaction and engagement.
Qualifications
• Experience in hospitality, marketing, or public relations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for food, craft beer, and hospitality.
• Social media savvy, with knowledge of Instagram and Facebook trends.
• Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute engaging content and events.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a customer-first approach
• 6-day working role with weekends working.
• Work timings: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
