Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized female office staff member to support the smooth functioning of our daily operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling clerical and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office work, documentation, and filing.
- Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and correspondence.
- Assist in data entry, typing, and preparing reports.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and front-desk activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support management.
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and Accounts departments.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate (completed or in progress).
- Freshers can apply; prior office experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Professional, polite, and well-presented.

Pay: ₹7, ₹10,000.00 per month
