Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to join our client's team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Office, email handling, Outlook, and other administrative tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support our operational needs in a professional banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Handle email correspondence professionally using MS Outlook.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organize and maintain records, files, and office supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Provide support for internal and external communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Assist in planning and organizing bank events and activities.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with MS Outlook for managing emails and scheduling.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
