Job description :
- Providing engineering support for client's application teams using PING
- SSO service development, onboarding, service integration, by implementation of new and enhanced features
- Engineering expertise in PING products and technologies PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping Directory, PingOne etc.
- Attend all required meetings with application teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access issues reported by end users and service providers.
- Connecting application teams and gathering required information for new onboardings apps
- Should work on lower and production environments.
- Design, Test and Troubleshoot Applications onboarding and access issues
