Location: Remote

Hours: 20 hours per week

Work Type: Part-Time

Salary: 22,000 INR per month + Incentives


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring smooth communication and timely feedback.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and candidate requirements.

- Support employee relations and address HR-related queries.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Handle employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

- Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff.

- Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure employee engagement.

- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.


Requirements:

- Proven experience as an HR professional, preferably in a part-time or flexible role.

- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.

- Excellent organizational skills for scheduling interviews and managing candidate pipelines.

- Strong communication skills to coordinate between candidates and hiring teams.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
