*Rolesand Responsibilities: *

  • Thermaldesign of Boiler / Heater in respective software.
  • Sizingof Fans, Pumps, Burners, dampers, ducts, piping, safety valves,
  • PreparingSpecifications and review offer for fans, pumps, burners, dampers, auxiliaries
  • Proposaland contract stage P&ID, PFD, GA, datasheet preparation
  • ReadTender Specification and prepare clarifications and deviations. Note budgetpoints.
  • PrepareBill of materials for purpose of budgeting
  • Prepareinstrumentation data for control valves, pressure, temperature and flow instruments.
  • Basicunderstanding of ERP system such as BaaN , PLM
  • BasicUnderstanding documentation flow between various departments & customerinterface.

*CriticalCompetencies: *

  • Understandingof Thermodynamics, Heat transfer and Fluid Mechanics related to boiler
  • BasicUnderstanding of Boiler auxiliaries
  • BasicUnderstanding of boiler / heater construction,
  • BasicUnderstanding of boiler / heater operation
  • BasicUnderstanding of boiler / heater erection
  • BasicUnderstanding of boiler / heater commissioning activities
  • Basicunderstating related to analysis of site data & preparing PG test reportcalculations.
