Role Overview:The Sim Corp Dimension Technical Consultant will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and optimizing financial data workflows within the Sim Corp Dimension platform. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design reusable and scalable solutions, implement automation, and enhance system performance across key investment operations. This position demands hands-on expertise in Sim Corp tools, strong XSLT and XML development skills, and a solid understanding of asset and portfolio management systems.Key Responsibilities:Lead configuration and integration efforts across Sim Corp modules, including Comm Server, DFS, Cartridge, DEX, and MQ.Design and develop modular XSLT pipelines to transform and validate XML data across content workflows and integration points.Build secure, automated data pipelines using DEX, MQ, and SFTP, enhancing data reliability and reducing operational overhead.Integrate XSLT templates into content management platforms for real-time data rendering, publishing automation, and compliance-ready reporting.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional needs and translate them into scalable, technical solutions within Sim Corp.Manage setup and scheduling of batch jobs, DFS components, and data extractors to ensure seamless processing and timely delivery of financial data.Develop utilities to address missing security data through external lookups and maintain robust data archiving mechanisms for audit and compliance.Support and maintain Sim Corp DFS modules including financial accounting, regulatory reporting, and system automation.Engineer solution designs and automation workflows for fixed income and portfolio management use cases, including Bloomberg data ingestion.Partner with analysts and developers to troubleshoot, enhance, and deploy improvements in Sim Corp configurations and related integrations.Technical Skills:Platforms & Tools: Sim Corp Dimension, DFS, Comm Server, MQ, DEX, CartridgeData Integration & Transformation: XSLT, XML, SFTP, CMS IntegrationFinancial Domains: Portfolio Management, Fixed Income (bonds, options), Bloomberg Integration, Data ArchivingDevelopment Methodologies: Data Mapping, Workflow Automation, Process Design, Compliance AlignmentPreferred Qualifications:5+ years of experience in financial services or asset/investment management technology.Hands-on experience with Sim Corp Dimension tools and integration frameworks.Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.Experience in building compliant, scalable data pipelines and system configurations for regulated financial environments
