Job Description As a Central Team Change Management Engineer, your primary responsibility is to provide system setup and configuration changes for MES and BOP/BOI systems used in Backend Manufacturing areas. This job involves supporting Change management activities for new Manufacturing systems implementation across network. Collaborate with various teams which include Central and Site teams across process, equipment engineering, Manufacturing teams etc. The position will also involve supporting system configuration for Backend Automation Program and sustainment thereafter. This job requires proficiency in project participation, team participation, knowledge sharing, and working autonomously. Roles & responsibilities can include but are not limited to Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, IT and other relevant teams to support MES and BOP/BOI systems used in Backend Assembly/Test area.Support Change Management team for MES and BOP/BOI change requests.Provide system support for manufacturing systems.Participate in CIP activities as needed.Facilitate manufacturing systems release and deployment.Participate in the implementation of new applications/systems.Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for MES, BOP/BOI and host deployment in Backend.Team with IT and others to minimize risk, maximize area efficiency, and ensure product quality through proper system change control and validation.Support timely, coordinated, and smooth systems’ release change management.Develop good understanding of the metrics and reporting associated with processes and systems.Support customers’ requests for application/software releases as required to effectively release new applications or system functionality with minimal impact.Participate in global collaboration efforts.Education Requirement & eligibility BTech/MTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or other relevant engineering fieldFamiliarity with Master data, change management or Manufacturing tracking systems preferred.Knowledge or experience of Semi-conductor industry an advantage. Additional Job DescriptionManages production support engineering for a specific product or group of products after transfer from design to high volume production. Interfaces with design, process, test and reliability engineering to solve problems. Sustains products with cost reduction and yield improvements.
