Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Training and PlacementIntern to join our team. As a Training and Placement Intern youwill assist in organizing and conducting training programs forstudents preparing them for job placements. Additionally you willcollaborate with the placement team to facilitate the recruitmentprocess for students connecting them with potential employers. Thisinternship offers valuable experience in both training delivery andrecruitment coordination within an educationalinstitution.

Responsibilities:

  • Assistin designing and developing training modules and materials toenhance students employabilityskills.
  • Support the delivery oftraining sessions workshops and seminars on topics such as resumewriting interview skills and professionaletiquette.
  • Conduct research toidentify industry trends job market demands and employerexpectations to tailor training programsaccordingly.
  • Collaborate with theplacement team to understand the recruitment process and assist inorganizing job fairs oncampus interviews and networkingevents.
  • Maintain records of studentparticipation in training programs and track their progress towardsachieving career readiness.
  • Assiststudents in preparing resumes cover letters and portfoliosproviding feedback and guidance to enhance their job applicationmaterials.
  • Coordinate communicationbetween students employers and alumni regarding job opportunitiesinternships and careerrelatedevents.
  • Provide administrativesupport for placement activities including scheduling interviewssending followup correspondence and updatingdatabases.
  • Participate in teammeetings and contribute ideas for improving training and placementservices.
  • Stay updated on industrytrends best practices in career development and emerging job marketopportunities.

Requirements:

  • Currentlyenrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Human ResourcesEducation Business Administration or a relatedfield.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively withstudents faculty andemployers.
  • Excellent organizationalskills and attention to detail capable of managing multiple taskssimultaneously.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity withonline learning platforms or training managementsystems.
  • Selfmotivated and proactiveattitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to newchallenges.
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information withprofessionalism.
  • Prior experience intraining recruitment or career services is a plus but notrequired.
  • Availability to work aflexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends tosupport events orworkshops.

Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement instudent-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadershipexperience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Trackrecord of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towardscollective success and growth. Vibrant and optimistic mindset,adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving.Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challengingsituations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at everystep.
