Position Title: Project Manager - IT
Key Responsibilities:
Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose , direction, and motivation.
Lead project from requirement definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, implementation plans, including risk mitigation and governance.
Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs. Etc
Required skills:
10-15 years of experience as a Project management role.
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
Excellent presentation skills.
Proven success working with all levels of management.
Qualification: Any IT Graduate/Post Graduate
Certification : PMP/Scrum/Agile
