This experience should encompass various phases of project development, including:Project Planning & Feasibility Analysis : Involvement in the initial stages of project planning, feasibility studies, and site assessments.Design Development : Expertise in creating detailed designs, technical specifications, and engineering drawings to ensure projects are executed accurately.Procurement : Experience in sourcing and procuring essential materials, equipment, and services while adhering to project timelines and budgets.Construction & Execution : Proven capability in overseeing the construction phase, including the management of contractors, labor, and on-site operations.Commissioning : Experience in testing, commissioning, and handover processes to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.Track Record : Candidates should demonstrate a successful track record of managing and delivering EPC projects from inception to completion. Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, safety standards, and budgetary controls will be given preference.Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance requirements is essential to ensure projects adhere to all legal and regulatory frameworks.
