We are looking for a results-oriented Lead B2B Data Scraper and GTM Strategy Specialist to drive our lead generation efforts by sourcing high-quality marketing-qualified leads (MQLs). This role focuses on leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and a range of strategic approaches to support our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will be responsible for delivering targeted B2B data and helping shape the lead pipeline, contributing directly to our marketing and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. B2B Lead Generation & Data Scraping:
- Design and lead B2B data scraping strategies using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other industry-standard scraping and automation tools.
- Source and organize high-quality leads that meet specified target personas, ideal customer profiles, and campaign objectives.
- Continuously explore new scraping methodologies and platforms to enhance lead generation capabilities and drive pipeline quality.
2. GTM Strategy Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand GTM strategy goals and requirements, aligning lead generation efforts with these objectives.
- Assist in defining target markets, buyer personas, and segment criteria to ensure precise targeting and meaningful engagement.
- Use data insights to support and optimize GTM initiatives, helping to refine messaging, campaign targeting, and outreach strategies.
3. Automation and Process Optimization:
- Set up and manage automation workflows to streamline data collection, enrichment, and qualification of MQLs.
- Integrate scraping and automation tools with CRM systems, marketing automation software, and GTM platforms to maintain efficient data flow and maximize lead quality.
- Regularly evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the speed, quality, and relevance of lead data acquisition.
4. Data Management and Quality Control:
- Establish rigorous data quality standards, ensuring all leads meet MQL criteria and are accurate, complete, and relevant.
- Oversee data cleaning, validation, and integration processes to improve database health and reduce lead decay.
- Document lead scraping procedures, workflows, and best practices to ensure scalability and repeatability.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine and implement an end-to-end GTM approach that aligns with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and training to sales, marketing, and other stakeholders on best practices for data-driven lead generation and GTM strategy execution.
- Act as a key point of contact for the latest updates on lead generation tools, data acquisition trends, and GTM strategies.
