Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Fashion Assistant to support in-store counter sales. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, styling guidance, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience while meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and a flair for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers warmly at the counter and in-store.
  • Assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories that match their style preferences.
  • Provide styling advice and suggest suitable combinations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain product displays, counter presentation, and store hygiene standards.
  • Process sales transactions accurately through POS systems.
  • Manage stock at the counter and coordinate with the store team for replenishments.
  • Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and returns professionally.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, collections, and product knowledge.
  • Support visual merchandising activities and promotional campaigns at the counter.

  • 0–2 years of retail/fashion/apparel sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
