Job Description – Product Sourcing ExecutiveLocation: Andheri, MumbaiType: Full-time EmployeeExperience: 1–3 years (preferably in sourcing, vendor management, or related roles)About UsWe are a leading talent management and brand-building agency, working with top celebrities and influencers to launch and scale successful consumer brands across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and more.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Product Sourcing Executive to support sourcing operations for multiple celebrity-led brands. The candidate will be responsible for vendor identification, factory visit, supplier negotiations, product development coordination, and market research to ensure seamless procurement, cost optimization, and on-time delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers (domestic & international)Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, performance tracking, and complianceCoordinate sample development, approvals, and production timelinesConduct detailed market research on product categories, pricing, trends, and competitor offeringsPrepare and present sourcing reports, cost comparisons, and product recommendationsCollaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations) to ensure procurement aligns with brand goalsMaintain and update sourcing-related databases and documentationMonitor supplier lead times, quality checks, and ensure timely delivery of goodsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Apparel Production, or related fields1–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management (preferred in fashion/consumer goods)Strong research, negotiation, and analytical skillsProficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other reporting toolsExcellent communication and relationship management skills (written and verbal)Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentInterest in fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands is highly desirable
