SAP delivery partner will be responsible for the successful delivery of SAP projects and programs.The responsibilities include:Project Management Experience – Should have at least 20 years experience of SAP project management, Fixed Price milestone payment, T&M/Staffing. Should have experience of leading AMS engagements as well.SAP Background – Preferred at least 5 years of SAP experience in non-PM roleProject Oversight during execution phase : Overseeing the project from start to finish, including design, build, test, and post-go-live supportCustomer support : Lead customer support and participate and address program level discussion. Lead monthly steering committee meeting with customer.Service quality : Ensuring service quality, availability, and operational capabilityProgram governance : Establishing effective program governance for each accountBusiness development : Developing new business with clients and contributing to the SAP Business Group. Ability to interact with Cx O levelsCollaboration : Working closely with internal and external partners, including customers and project managersEscalation management : Managing escalations and customer communicationsReporting : Ensuring weekly status reports goes from PM’s to clients and conducting internal governance meetingsAdherence to internal quality (Delivery Excellence) processesMaintain healthy profitability of every account considering sold versus delivered marginsMentor Project Managers
