About Hoi

Hoi is the official Airport App for Delhi/ Hyderabad and Goa airports. Hoi is a fast growing passenger engagement platform that aims to smoothen the air travel experience. It is an omni-channel platform that integrates all air travel related services from ticket bookings to pre-ordering food and retail to gate deliveries at the airport.


We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales and Account Manager to join Hoi’s E-Commerce team. This role involves initiating and managing relationships with airport concessionaires, on-boarding their outlets Hoi App, and driving sales growth through strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales, communication, account management, and business analysis skills.


Responsibilities


Vendor On-boarding:

  • Initiate discussions with airport concessionaires to on-board their outlets on our app.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreement terms, ensuring mutual benefits.
  • Manage the contract process, from drafting to signing.
  • Oversee the on-boarding process, ensuring access to updated catalogues from concessionaires and training for concessionaire staff.


Account Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with concessionaires to ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all concessionaire-related inquiries and issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize concessionaire sales through our platform.
  • Ensuring contracts are updated and renewed in a timely manner


Sales Data Analysis:

  • Analyze sales data from concessionaires to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare comprehensive management and performance reports.
  • Use data insights to recommend and implement new initiatives aimed at increasing sales.


Strategic Initiatives:

  • Think creatively to propose and execute new initiatives that drive sales growth and enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.


Experience and Skills

  • MBA with 5-6 years of B2B sales and account management experience
  • Sales Skills: Ability to initiate and close sales discussions, negotiate terms, and manage contracts.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and presentations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business Analysis Skills: Proficiency in analysing sales data, preparing reports, and deriving insights for strategic decisions. Knowledge of the e-commerce industry is a significant advantage.
