Key ResponsibilitiesCover

Real Assets / Logistics & Transportation / Paper & Paper Packaging

Real Assets sector comprises residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial warehousing, data centers, and educational infrastructure assets.Deal execution in M&A and capital raising right (private + public markets – IPO, QIP) from pitching to deal closureLead client interface for deal execution at senior levels along with other members in the teamSupport ideation process within the sector to generate BD ideas and prepare pitch decks. Participate in BD pitches and client interface for deal originationMentor junior/mid -level resources within the team and jointly work for deal execution / origination
