Key responsibilities: - Developing and implementing a comprehensive CSR fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives. - Identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with potential and existing corporate partners. - Creating compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to secure funding through CSR initiatives. - Leading negotiations and finalizing agreements with corporate partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. - Staying abreast of CSR trends, regulations, and best practices in India, and leveraging this knowledge to enhance fundraising efforts. - Collaborating with internal teams (programs, finance, and communications) to design and implement impactful CSR projects and initiatives. - Overseeing the management of CSR partnerships, ensuring timely reporting, compliance, and effective communication. - Monitoring and analyzing fundraising performance, tracking key metrics, and providing regular updates to senior management. - Representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand CSR outreach. Qualification and Experience: - Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, non-profit management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or business development in the non-profit sector in India.
