About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions using Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS) to meet the needs of various business units.

You will leverage your expertise in SQL, Excel, pivot tables, Analysis Services cubes, and relational databases to extract, transform, and visualize data into insightful reports and Reporting:

- Develop and maintain SSRS reports for various departments, catering to their specific needs and data visualization requirements.

- Utilize SQL queries to efficiently extract and manipulate data from relational databases and Analysis Services cubes.

- Design user-friendly dashboards and reports using SSRS features and functionalities.

Data Analysis and Modeling:

- Work closely with business units to understand their reporting needs and refine requirements for new reports and enhancements.

- Analyze data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for improved reporting and data visualization.

Database Management:

- Assist in managing and maintaining reporting databases for optimal performance and data integrity.

Standardization and Scalability:

- Ensure adherence to established SSRS design and development standards.

- Develop scalable reporting solutions that can accommodate future growth and changing business requirements.

Technical Skills:

- Leverage experience with MS Excel, pivot tables, and other data analysis Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (e.g., MCA, B.Tech, BE).

- 4-7 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) development or a related field.

- Strong experience with Microsoft SSRS, including report design, data sources, and deployment.

- Proficiency in SQL querying and data manipulation techniques.

- Working knowledge of relational databases and data warehouses.

- Experience with data visualization tools like Excel pivot tables (a plus).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address user reporting needs.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality reports.
