  • Should possess basic knowledge of IT technical concepts and terminology
  • Experience in full-fledged implementations
  • Knowledge of business processes in the Airline Cargo Handling Domain
  • Onsite customer support experience
  • 1+ years of experience in agile business analyst role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (any stream) from reputed institutions
  • Master's in Business Administration from reputed institutions (can be relaxed in cases where the candidate has cargo handling domain experience)

Job Description

  • Drive customer requirement gathering engagement and Translate / break down high level user requirements and help project team in generating system requirements.
  • Lead/participate in onsite analysis phase of engagement creating analytical collaterals for customer decision making
  • Lead business process flows analysis and operational procedures related to the business domain.
  • Create user requirement document and use cases
  • Gathers, manages and prioritizes the product backlog
  • Managing and making visible the prioritized list of requirements for future product development
  • Ensures user stories are ready for development to start work and has the correct acceptance criteria
  • Participate in pre-sales activities like lead generation, proposal creation, marketing collateral creation, client presentations, demos.
  • Lead/Participate implementation activities such as user training, user acceptance testing, cut-over support, etc
  • Create end user training materials and conducting training
  • Lead teams on various customer engagements
  • Should be willing to travel to client locations across the world.
  • Driving implementations from concept to completion.
