Responsibilities Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices. Integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and backend systems. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and reliability across devices. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions. Stay updated with the latest Flutter and Dart trends, libraries, and best practices. Requirements 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart. Strong expertise in building and deploying cross-platform applications. Experience with state management tools (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.). Familiarity with Firebase, Cloud Functions, push notifications, and analytics. Good understanding of mobile UI/UX patterns and adaptive design. Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and version control workflows. Experience with API integration and JSON data handling. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with tight deadlines. Good to Have Experience working in early-stage startups or venture-building environments. Exposure to AI-driven features or integrations. Basic understanding of backend technologies. Why Es Magico?
