Location: Bangalore (BTM stage 2) Work from Office role.


Overview:


We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Support Consultant with expertise in the SD (Sales and Distribution) module and WM (Core module) will be a plus. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 4+ years dedicated to SAP, specifically in SD. The role requires proficiency in Incident Management and Change Management processes, as well as experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy ticketing tools. Additionally, cross-functional knowledge in MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), and FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules is essential for this position.


Responsibilities:


• Provide functional support for SAP SD module, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and enhancement implementation along with WM or EWM core module will be added advantage.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.

• Utilize a thorough understanding of Incident Management and Change Management processes to effectively address issues and implement changes within the SD module.

• Utilize cross-functional knowledge in MM, WM, and FICO modules to facilitate integrated SAP solutions and resolve complex business issues.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct analysis, and propose SAP SD solutions that align with business objectives.

• Conduct regular system monitoring and maintenance activities to ensure the stability and performance of the SAP SD environment.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures within the SD module.

• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP SD functionality.


Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP, specifically in the SD module.

• Proficiency in Incident Management and Change Management processes.

• Experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy ticketing tools for incident management.

• Cross-functional knowledge in MM, WM, and FICO modules.

• Strong understanding of SAP SD functionalities, including order management, pricing, billing, and delivery processing.

• Experience in configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting SAP SD master data, transactions, and integration with other SAP modules.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• SAP certification in SD module is a plus.
