We are looking for a RPA Business Analyst to join our team. As an RPA Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to analyze, define, and deliver RPA solutions that optimize business processes.


Key Responsibilities


1. Process Analysis & Assessment :

- Work with stakeholders to identify and document business processes suitable for automation using RPA.

- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to determine automation opportunities and evaluate the feasibility.

- Create As-Is and To-Be process maps and workflows to provide clarity on current processes and the expected outcomes post-automation.


2. Requirements Gathering & Documentation :

- Collaborate with process owners and technical teams to gather and document business requirements.

- Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).

- Define clear business rules for the RPA solution to ensure accurate configuration by the RPA development team.


3. Solution Design & Development:

- Support the RPA developers in the creation of process automation solutions.

- Liaise with the development team to ensure that the RPA bots are designed as per business requirements.

- Contribute to the design of automation solutions that align with business goals and strategy.


4. Testing & Validation:

- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to validate automated processes.

- Identify any potential issues during testing phases and coordinate with developers for resolution.

- Ensure that the automated process outputs align with business expectations before deployment.


5. Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

- Provide regular updates and reports to management and key stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.

- Conduct training sessions or workshops for end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of RPA solutions.


6. Continuous Improvement:

- Monitor post-implementation performance of RPA bots and provide insights on potential improvements.

- Identify and document new automation opportunities for future enhancements.

- Support in scaling RPA initiatives across different business units.


Qualifications & Skills:


- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience:

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with RPA projects.

- Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.

- Skills:

- Strong process mapping and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into easy-to-understand business language.

- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
