Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions meet the evolving demands of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve software development processes to ensure optimal efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Demand Planning. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with agile project management tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in BlueYonder Demand Planning. - A 15 years full time education is required.
