ASCP( Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning) :

- Supply Chain Functional resource with the below skills

- Good Understanding of Oracle ASCP Planning

- Gather Key MasterRelevant Data from various stakeholders to support mfg site operations demand planning supply planning

- Extract RelevantMaster Data Identify gaps in available information Identify ways to resolve and load into Oracle Modules

- Functional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules

- Ability to do Data Maintenance and Analysis

- Should be able to load the data in Oracle Systems using the appropriate tools or through manual loadData Loader

- Prepare reports with clear commentary highlighting trends and key analysis

Key Responsibilities :

ASCP Implementation and Support :

- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle ASCP modules.

- Perform ASCP setups, including collections, plans, constraints, and profiles.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ASCP-related issues in coordination with technical teams.

Business Process Analysis :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain requirements.

- Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for supply chain planning.

Solution Development :

- Develop custom solutions and enhancements to meet unique business needs.

- Integrate Oracle ASCP with other Oracle modules (e.g., EBS, Fusion) or third-party systems.

User Training and Documentation :

- Train end-users on Oracle ASCP functionalities and workflows.

- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and customizations.

Performance Optimization :

- Monitor ASCP plan runs and optimize for performance improvements.

- Analyze data flows and suggest improvements to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

Project Management :

- Lead project efforts, including planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.

- Provide status updates to stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications :

Educational Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning.

- Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud Supply Chain applications.

- Hands-on expertise in ASCP collections, plan options, exceptions, and constraint-based planning.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle ASCP module configurations.

Understanding of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and workflow customizations.

Familiarity with supply chain concepts like MRP, DRP, inventory optimization, and demand forecasting.

Experience integrating Oracle ASCP with external tools and technologies.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Oracle Demantra or Oracle Supply Chain Cloud modules.

- Experience in Agile methodologies or PMP certification.

- Familiarity with global supply chain regulations and compliance standards.
