Total Experience: 5–8 yrs Location: Gurugram, Sector 67 / Bangalore-Near Ulsoor Lake Notice period - Immediate Interview: 2 Technical round (Virtual)+ 1 Cultural discussion (F2 F) Skills - Looker ML + GBQ Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Look ML models aligned with entity mapping logic and business rules. Collaborate with Backend and Data Engineering teams to ensure Big Query structures meet Looker’s security and performance requirements . Conduct dashboard validation and testing to enforce access control and prevent cross-entity data leakage . Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) and governance policies in Looker. Monitor dashboard performance, optimize Look ML queries, and manage semantic layers. Document and maintain Looker governance policies, standards, and best practices . Conduct internal training sessions and onboarding for teams on Looker usage and data governance. Serve as a subject matter expert for BI platform management , bridging analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics platform engineering . Strong proficiency in Looker – Look ML modeling, explores, dashboards, RLS, and governance. Hands-on experience with Google Big Query (query design, optimization, integration with Looker). Proven ability to bridge data engineering and BI platform management . Experience with dashboard governance, semantic modeling , and performance optimization . Familiarity with data security, version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows for BI tools. Excellent analytical and communication skills with a focus on collaboration.
