In the role of Web3 Recruiter, you will work on direct client roles to understand their open positions, attract and close great candidates for their roles.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract top Web3 talent globally in different departments.
• Screen candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.
• Stay updated on Web3 industry trends for effective sourcing.
• Video screen candidates to understand their unique qualifications based on the role.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Submit candidates to ATS and keep them updated the hiring process.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of technical recruitment experience preferably in web3 environments.
• Understanding of Web3 technologies and blockchain.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

This role is freelance and compensated through a profit-sharing model. Generous percentage.

The role is fully remote globally.
