Role Description

This is a full-time role as a BIM Architect at Blueprints Design. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and reviewing architectural BIM models, drawings, construction drawings, submittals, and clash reports. The BIM Architect will also be expected to develop and implement BIM standards, processes, and workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Architecture design and coordination- Coordination with the client.- Experience in creating and reviewing architectural models and construction drawings.- Expert-level knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts, practices, and software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.)- Experience in creating and maintaining BIM models, standards, processes, and workflows- Ability to identify and solve BIM-related issues and conflicts- Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills with architects, engineers, and clients- Autodesk Certified Professional or Specialist in BIM or related field is a plus- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Criteria -

· Minimum Experience - 03 to 05 years

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field

· High level of proficiency with REVIT, Navisworks and BIM software's.

· Excellent communication skills in English.

· Passionate, detail oriented with strong work ethic, someone who meets deadlines consistently, and can handle an extensive volume of projects.
