Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities
•Leading and focusing on orchestrating regular CCL workshops to generate new initiatives. •Responsible for Project Initiation, timely and flawless execution of CCL projects (speed). •Conduct VAVE, product benchmarking, and teardown workshop to identify potential cost saving improvements. •Investigate alternative designs to maintain performance while reducing cost and weight. •Establish costing models for key products and components to enable directional decision making thereby cost improvement. •Prepares reports to illustrate and track cost improvement for all product groups and prepares relevant financial reports on results. •This role will work closely with all departments within the organization (Engineering, Supply Chain, Modernization, Order Fulfillment, etc) to execute a portfolio of initiatives to drive continuous cost leadership across the products produced in the factory operations.
Your Job Profile
•Desired Qualification : Bachelor in engineering/supply chain •Desired Experience in Years : 12-15 years work experience and 3-4 of complex cosr reduction project management. •Preferred hands on experience : Ability to work with cross-functional teams, experience in Operations, Material Management, Production Planning, and Logistics
