Job Description
Als Site Manager bied je ondersteuning aan de projectleider op diverse werven. Je zorgt mee voor een vlotte werking op de werf en bewaakt de kwaliteit en de voortgang van de werken.
  • samen met de projectleider bepaal je mee de technische organisatie van de werf;
  • arbeiders en onderaannemers op de werven kunnen bij jou terecht;
  • je bereidt de dossiers voor zodat je vlot en efficiënt de werfvergaderingen kunt volgen;
  • je hebt een goed zicht op de dossiers: lastenboek, meetstaten en plannen;
  • planning, veiligheid en kwaliteit worden door jou nauwlettend opgevolgd;
  • je ondersteunt bij het opvolgen en voorbereiden van de vorderingsstaten. 

Vereisten
  • je bent in het bezit van minimum een bachelordiploma in een bouwkundige richting en kan reeds enkele jaren ervaring voorleggen;
  • je hebt een sterke interesse in de uitvoering van bouwwerken en in het werfgebeuren;
  • je bent een teamplayer die samenwerking en collegialiteit hoog in het vaandel draagt;
  • je kan steunen op een sterke technische kennis en een goede materiaalkennis;
  • je hebt een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en kan het overzicht bewaren in drukke situaties;
  • naast het Nederlands heb je een goede basis van het Engels en Frans.

Requirements
