Role Overview:

We're looking for experienced developers with strong expertise in
Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices
, and good knowledge of
Data Structures, Algorithms
, and
Cloud/DevOps
. Experience in the
payments domain
will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

l Design, develop, and maintain
scalable Java-based microservices.

l Work with
Spring Boot
,
Spring Security
,
Hibernate/JPA
, and
REST APIs
to build robust back-end systems.

l Implement
data structures and algorithms
effectively to solve complex technical problems.

l Ensure
code quality
,
performance
, and
security standards
are met.

l Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product teams in a
hybrid work environment
.

l Deploy and monitor services on
cloud platforms
, applying
basic DevOps practices
.

l Participate in
code reviews
,
technical discussions
, and
daily Agile/Scrum meetings
.

l (Optional but preferred): Work on solutions within the
payments or fintech domain
.

Key Requirements:

l Experience:
5 to 12 years in Java-based development.

l Core Skills (Mandatory):

Ø Java 8 or above

Ø Spring Boot

Ø Microservices architecture

Ø Data Structures and Algorithms

Ø Basic Cloud knowledge (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

Ø Basic DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, etc.)

l Additional Technical Skills:

Ø Spring, Hibernate, JPA

Ø RESTful Web Services

Ø Spring Security

l Domain Advantage:
Experience in the
Payments domain
is a strong plus.
