Power BI with SQL, TSQL


Job Summary:


We are looking for a seasoned Power BI Developer to design, develop, and deploy data visualizations and business intelligence solutions using Power BI.

The successful candidate will have expertise in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization, with a strong understanding of data analysis and business requirements. The role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Develop Power BI Solutions:

• Design and develop complex Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

• Develop data models, data visualizations, and data stories to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.

2. SQL Development and Data Modeling:

• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from various sources.

• Design and implement data models using Power BI data models and SQL Server.

3. Data Analysis and Visualization:

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT professionals.

• Communicate technical solutions and insights to non-technical stakeholders.

5. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Power BI reports and datasets.

• Maintain and update existing Power BI solutions to ensure data accuracy and relevance.


Requirements:


Experience:


• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and implementing business intelligence solutions using Power BI.

• Strong experience with SQL Server, including query development, data modeling, and data analysis.


Technical Skills:

• Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

• SQL Server (T-SQL).

• Data modeling and data visualization techniques.

• Strong understanding of data analysis and business requirements.


Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
