Responsibilities (may include)Secondary Literature reviewGather and review existing research materials.Summarize and analyze relevant studies, articles, and publications.Data Analytics using Excel or Power BICollect, clean, and organize raw data for analysis.Strong understanding of advanced Excel and Power BI tools to conduct statistical analysis and visualizationExtract meaningful insights from data sets for client review and discussions.Primary AssessmentsDesign surveys, questionnaires, or interviews for primary data collection.Conduct interviews or surveys to gather firsthand information.Analyze and interpret primary data findingsPreparing Reports, Documents, and PresentationsCompile research findings and data analysis results into comprehensive reports.Create visually appealing documents and power-point presentations. This is highly desirableCommunicate complex information in an understandable manner.Other AreasStay updated with the latest research methodologies and tools.Collaborate with team members and client stakeholders effectively. This role would involve a lot of deliberations with a large set of stakeholders.
What qualifications are we seekingAcademic Qualification – master’s degree/diploma in business / management or other related fields.Relevant experience – 2+ years of full-time relevant experience working on strategy, management consulting, analytics, research or evaluation assignments .

RemunerationThe compensation bracket for this position is between INR 5.0 and 6.0 lakhs. Additionally, the firm also includes a variable compensation of upto 10%. The compensation range is a factor of academic qualification, relevant experience and fitment to the organization and the specific role.
