The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

- minimum of 12+ years’ experience in implementing & supporting Oracle Human Capital Management Solutions with 5+ years on Oracle HCM Cloud.- have minimum of 2-3 implementations across Oracle HCM Cloud suite of modules.- in multiple Oracle Cloud HCM product suite: Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Management modules.- have Oracle HCM Cloud application knowledge thorough understanding of HCM Cloud functional/technical data flows, transactions, and integrations between multiple Oracle HCM applications.- analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to quickly understand business HR concepts, converting them into technical solutions, while considering the broader cross-module Oracle HCM impacts.- capabilities (BIP /OTBI) - Security aspects and how they are controlled.- understanding of Job/Function/Data securities/Areas of Responsibility.- understanding of PaaS to SaaS integration framework.- Analytics – experience must- understanding of Payroll, Costing, Labor Distribution, Sub ledger accounting, General Ledger, PPM integrations.- record of working with Senior Business Leaders in developing technology roadmaps and strategies.- management experience, including direct report and consulting teams remotely.- communication and presentation skills required.- successful working relationships with all levels of IT and Business Partners.- project management skills, planning and organization skills desired.- and provide coaching and feedback on design, configuration, and documentation.- and support clients with the execution of test scripts.- and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning to stay current on trends.- Cloud Certification.- to travel as necessary.
