Urgent Hiring US Travel Sales (Flights Cruises)

Locations: Noida / Delhi / Gurgaon

Salary (Agent): Up to 80,000

Salary (Team Leader): Up to 1,00,000 (Based on experience, communication performance)

Shift: US Shift (Night)

1 Position: Travel Sales Agent (Flights Cruises)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in US travel sales

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound Meta/PPC leads for US flight and cruise bookings.

Assist clients with booking, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

Upsell services like bags, seat selection, cabin upgrades, travel insurance, and shore excursions.

Maintain CRM or booking system records for all leads.

Achieve monthly sales targets and lead conversion goals.

Skills Required:
2+ years in US travel sales (flights and/or cruises).

Knowledge of US airlines, cruise lines, and travel policies.

Strong communication skills and US accent clarity.

Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus.

Strong sales and objection-handling skills.

2 Position: Team Leader Travel Sales (Flights Cruises)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in US travel sales

Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Travel Sales Agents handling Meta/PPC leads for flights and cruises.

Monitor and achieve team KPIs, sales targets, and conversion rates.

Train and coach agents on product knowledge, sales strategies, and US client handling.

Handle escalated customer queries.

Maintain reports on team performance, revenue, and metrics.

Skills Required:
5+ years experience in US travel sales, including leadership experience.

Knowledge of US airlines, cruise lines, and travel policies.

Strong team management, coaching, and communication skills.

Familiarity with GDS systems is a plus.

Ability to analyze sales metrics and improve team performance.

Salary: Up to 1,00,000 depending on experience, communication, and performance
