About the role:

We are seeking a skilled German language instructor to join our team, dedicated to providing high-quality language education to healthcare professionals, primarily nurses. This is a high-impact role and you will get a chance to work with a stellar team of professionals for a fast-growing international startup.


Location - Alwar

Timings - 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (including breaks)- 6 hr teaching on every week day


Would be preferred if the person can stay on campus (accommodation and food will be provided)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging German language courses tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Develop course materials, including interactive exercises, specialised vocabulary related to healthcare, and practical language usage scenarios.
  • Conduct assessments to monitor progress and provide feedback to help students improve their language skills effectively.
  • Organise and facilitate language practice sessions, including role-plays and simulations relevant to healthcare settings.
  • Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate technology to enhance learning experiences.
  • Provide guidance and support to students preparing for German language certification exams.


Requirements:

  • Proficient and certified in German at a C1 level or above, with excellent communication skills in both German and English. Knowledge of regional Indian languages would be a bonus.
  • A bachelor’s degree in German, Education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in teaching German, preferably with a focus on adult education or professional training.
  • Experience in curriculum development and the ability to tailor courses to meet specific learning outcomes.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple classes simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical terminology in German is an asset.
