  • Address queries, complaints, or requests professionally.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information.
  • Update and maintain customer databases (CRM) with accurate information

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication in local and/or English language(s)
  • Active listening and patience
  • Convincing and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM software)
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated

Qualification:
Any Graduation

Experience:
Freshers / Experienced can apply

English / Hindi / Kannada / Tamil
