Job description:

Job Title: Telecaller / Front Desk Executive (Lead Generation & Follow-up)
Location: Vadapalani, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or front office experience

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Call incoming leads from online ads, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Briefly explain services and schedule appointments with counsellors.
  • Maintain call records, follow-up logs, and update lead status in CRM.
  • Address basic queries over the phone and escalate potential clients to senior staff.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients and walk-in registrations.
  • Submit daily call reports and updates to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Any Bachelor degree
  • 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or front office experience preferred.
  • Good communication in English, Tamil, and Hindi is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills, especially MS Excel.
