Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer at Polmon Instruments Pvt Ltd. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing sales processes, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves effectively communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, and recommending appropriate instrumentation and automation solutions to meet their needs.

Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage sales processes and deliver exceptional customer service
Knowledge of the Life Sciences Industry and related processes
Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
Experience in the Instrumentation and Process Automation industry is a must.
Role Description:
Achieve Sales targets by managing existing business revenues and increase new customer acquisitions. Formulate & Implement promotional plans for enhancing market visibility & product awareness to existing & new customers.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets on quarterly & yearly basis.
Generate high- quality sales leads and follow-up with customer for sales orders adhere to company's sales policies.
Handling customer queries about products, Prices and stock availability and credit terms
Represent company at trade association meetings/ shows to promote company's Products
Prepare Sales Presentations or proposals to explain product specifications or applications to existing and prospective customers.
Other Key Skills:
An Innovative & Creative thinker to develop sales / business pipeline within existing and new clients verbal / written skills
Negotiation meeting to achieve sales goals
Ability to work independently
Willing to travel
Strong client relationship skills
Presentation skills
Need to be a team player.
Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech in E&I, Control Engg or Chemical Eng.
2 to 5 years relevant exp in to Industrial sales
Fair Interest in Sales Profession.
Sales Experience in Industrial Automation will be given high preference.
Pharma Industry client handling experience is an added advantage.
