Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for activewear, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to life. As a Fashion Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing our activewear collections, from concept to final product.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Development: Create innovative and functional activewear designs that align with the brand's vision and market trends.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, fabrics, and technologies in the activewear industry.
  • Sketching and Prototyping: Develop sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes for new designs.
  • Material Selection: Collaborate with the sourcing team to select high-quality, performance-driven fabrics and materials.
  • Fit and Quality: Ensure the fit, comfort, and quality of the garments meet the brand’s standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to oversee the manufacturing process and ensure the designs are executed correctly.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Collection Presentation: Prepare and present design concepts and collections to stakeholders.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing activewear or sportswear.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
  • Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, and production processes.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for fitness and active lifestyles is a plus.
