Role Overview


We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer with advanced expertise in architecting, building, and scaling cross-platform applications. You will take ownership of complex features, lead technical problem-solving, and mentor junior developers while working on large, global projects.


Key Responsibilities


  • Architect and develop high-performance Flutter applications for iOS and Android
  • Build scalable app structures with advanced state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, GetX)
  • Optimize apps for speed, memory, and battery performance
  • Integrate real-time APIs, WebSockets, Firebase, GraphQL, and payment gateways
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines for app deployment and updates on Play Store and App Store
  • Implement unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests for code reliability
  • Ensure best practices in app security, data handling, and offline-first architecture
  • Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product owners to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Mentor junior Flutter developers and review their code for quality assurance


Required Skills


  • 4+ years professional experience with Flutter/Dart
  • Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, clean code principles, and design patterns
  • Strong hands-on with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Push Notifications)
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets
  • Advanced debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills
  • Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum workflows
  • Solid grasp of app deployment, versioning, and release management


Good to Have


  • Exposure to native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP) for scalable app hosting
  • Experience integrating ML/AI models or working with TensorFlow Lite/PyTorch Mobile
  • Prior experience in leading mobile teams or managing multiple projects simultaneously
