We are Hiring for a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Gandhinagar Gujarat location to lead the organization IT team and guide the strategic direction of our technology platform. As CTO you will oversee the development operation and security of our AWS Cloudbased platform ensuring it remains scalable reliable and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the Technical Vision: Define and implement the technical strategy and roadmap for the Startup Space platform.
  • Lead Development: Drive the design development and launch of new platform features and capabilities.
  • Manage AWS Infrastructure: Oversee the architecture deployment and maintenance of our AWS Cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure Cybersecurity: Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect our platform.
  • Build and Lead Teams: Recruit lead and mentor a highperforming IT team.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other departments to turn business needs into technical solutions.
  • Promote Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and the adoption of emerging technologies.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Experience: 15 years in a senior IT leadership role with extensive handson experience in AWS Cloud services.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in PHP Laravel and modern frontend technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven success in leading and scaling highperforming engineering teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong abilities in leadership strategic planning and problemsolving.
