We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design, development, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including Dynamics CRM, Dynamics ERP and other Dynamics modules like supply chain management, Finance, Customer service. This role requires deep knowledge of business processes and technical skills to optimize and extend Microsoft Dynamics to meet the company's needs.


Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Lead the customization, configuration, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to fit the requirements.
  • Implementation and Deployment: Manage the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 projects, including requirement analysis, project planning, system design, and deployment.
  • System Integration: Integrate Microsoft Dynamics with other business systems and third-party applications.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Dynamics 365 tools.
  • Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT teams to ensure seamless operation and continued optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including data privacy and governance.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze and enhance the performance of Dynamics 365 solutions to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP) with a solid understanding of modules like Supply Chain, Finance (ERP) and Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Field Service (CRM).
  • Customization: Expertise in customization using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), JavaScript, Plugins, and APIs.
  • Integration Skills: Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using Azure, RESTful APIs, and middleware solutions.
  • Data Management: Strong understanding of data migration tools and techniques.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug, optimize, and enhance Dynamics 365 systems.
  • Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant, are preferred.

Skillset & Experience Required :

  • Experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central or AX
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like GCP
  • Familiarity with DevOps for Dynamics projects (CI/CD)
  • Experience in working with international teams and large-scale projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships
