We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Field HR Associate to support our HR operations in multiple locations. This role involves managing HR activities on the ground, including employee engagement, compliance, recruitment support, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth HR functions at field locations. Key Responsibilities:1. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees in field locations.
- Conduct regular site visits to address employee concerns and enhance engagement.
- Organize and execute employee engagement activities.
- Support conflict resolution and escalate issues when necessary.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to support hiring needs in field locations.
- Assist in conducting interviews and screening candidates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
3. Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws at field locations.
- Conduct awareness sessions on HR policies, code of conduct, and compliance.
- Assist in audits and maintain accurate employee records.
4. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and leave management for field employees.
- Ensure accurate payroll inputs and resolve payroll-related queries.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Assist in conducting workshops and skill development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a field HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to field locations as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, logistics, or similar field-based industries.
