Campus Coordinator

The Campus Coordinator at Diageo India will be responsible for executing the campus recruitment strategy to attract and deploy top talent from Top Tier Universities. The role involves coordinating and scheduling campus engagement initiatives, recruitment events, internal engagement and management of campus hires, building strong relationships with institutions, ensuring seamless hiring and onboarding process as well as supporting the Early Careers’ programs.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of Campus Recruitment strategy:
- Implement a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy set by the campus lead in alignment with Diageo India's goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with placement committees and student organizations at targeted institutions.
- Act as a point of contact for campus recruitment-related inquiries.
- Schedule engagement activities and recruitment processes with internal and external stakeholders and provide necessary support.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication to candidates and capture feedback from panelists throughout the recruitment process.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Manage and maintain an up-to-date calendar of campus recruitment events and activities, and necessary documentation of the campus hires
- Keep track of feedback received by panelists, stint/project details of Management Trainees/Interns, project charters, performance evaluations etc.
Coordination of Onboarding and Offboarding activities:
- Support timely communication to new hires in the pre-boarding phase.
- Manage onboarding schedule for campus hires. Facilitate the joining formalities, collect necessary documentation, communicate stint/project plan, logistics and ensure ease in transition.
- Provide offer letters, experience letters and/or any employment documentation to interns/MTs.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience working with universities and colleges, organizing recruitment events or scheduling, sourcing and managing candidate pipelines.
- Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and project management abilities.
