About the Role:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Pipe Fitters to join a prestigious Aramco project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in installing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing piping systems for various industrial and oil & gas applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Assembly:
Install and assemble piping systems according to blueprints, isometric drawings, and project specifications.
Cut, thread, bend, and weld pipes using appropriate tools and techniques.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Conduct routine inspections to ensure pipe systems are functioning efficiently.
Repair or replace defective components such as valves, fittings, and joints.
Measurements and Alignments:
Measure and mark pipes for cutting and assembly using measuring instruments.
Ensure proper alignment of piping systems for optimal performance.
Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to Aramco and industry safety standards during installation and maintenance.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents.
Ensure piping systems meet project codes, specifications, and quality requirements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with engineers, welders, and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Communicate issues or challenges proactively to supervisors.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pipe Fitter, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects.
Previous experience with Aramco or similar projects is highly preferred.
Education/Certification:
Technical diploma or certification in Pipe Fitting or related field.
Valid certifications in welding or other relevant skills are a plus.
Skills:
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and piping diagrams.
Skilled in using pipe installation tools such as pipe cutters, welding equipment, and threading machines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
Physical Fitness:
Ability to work in demanding environments, including high temperatures and confined spaces.
