We are looking for a Cloud Architect / Lead to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience.

Experience: 9+ years only

Shift : US shift till 1 AM

Responsibility

- Monitoring & Observability:- Implement and configure Datadog and Grafana for comprehensive monitoring and visualization of system metrics.- Develop robust alerting systems to proactively identify and address potential issues.- Ensure high observability by integrating monitoring tools with our applications and infrastructure.

- CI/CD:- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, EKS, and Helm to automate build, test, and deployment processes.- Optimize build times and deployment frequency to accelerate development cycles.- Ensure adherence to best practices for code quality, security, and compliance.

- Cloud Infrastructure:- Design and architect the migration of our Azure infrastructure to AWS, leveraging best practices and cloud-native technologies.- Manage and optimize our AWS and Azure environments, including cost management, resource allocation, and security.- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

- Incident Management:- Implement and manage incident response processes to ensure efficient detection, response, and resolution of incidents.- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.- Maintain incident response documentation and conduct regular drills to improve readiness.

- Migration:- Lead the migration of ECS services to EKS, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.- Optimize EKS clusters for performance and scalability.- Implement best practices for container security and management.

- CDN Management:- Manage and optimize our Akamai CDN solution to deliver content efficiently and reliably.- Configure CDN settings for caching, compression, and security.- Monitor CDN performance and troubleshoot issues.

- Technology Stack:- Proficiency in Python or Go for scripting and automation.- Experience with Mux Enterprise, including reporting, monitoring, and alerting.- Familiarity with other relevant technologies and tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Jenkins).

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.- 7+ years of experience in DevOps- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) and their services.- Strong expertise in Python or Go Lang- Expertise in monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana).- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitHub Actions, EKS, Helm).- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
