What We Are Looking For:


The ideal candidate for the Partnerships Manager (a.k.a. the Client Services Manager) role possesses a unique blend of expertise in managing projects and the team effectively. This individual will be the driving force behind the seamless execution of projects, ensuring client satisfaction, fostering a positive workplace environment, and contributing to the overall expansion of our client portfolio (through assisting the Business Development Manager).


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. This includes resource allocation, coordination with internal teams, etc
  • Set up meetings and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams
  • Lead and motivate cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives
  • Drive talent retention initiatives and workshops and activities for the team


Good to Have

  • 2+ years of combined experience in client servicing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in leading a rapidly growing team
  • Have the ability to assist in lead prospecting through various channels, including representing the organisation at networking events
  • Be a part of negotiating terms, contracts, and pricing structures to ensure mutually beneficial agreements alongside the Business Development Manager (on need basis)
