Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Photography (Fashion & Lifestyle) at JUMPINGGOOSE(R). The role involves leading the photography team, managing clients, conceptualising, coordinating & executing product photography shoots, utilizing Adobe Photoshop, and ensuring high-quality photography output for fashion and lifestyle projects on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Expertise in Product Photography and Photography skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Experience in Team Leadership
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Creativity and attention to detail
Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field
IDEATION, CONCEPTUALIZATION & EXECUTION
·      Understanding and aligning with JG business needs and strategizing to deliver the vision
·      Understanding client’s requirements & Project de-briefing with internal team
·      Idea jamming & conceptualization for Media and Communication
·      Process setting & introducing best practices, content R&D and Innovation
·      AI exploration & integration
·      Creating the production eco-system (In house & Vendors) maintaining a robust flow of collaboration profiles
·      Working closely with team to turn around projects on a day-to-day basis
·      Project execution (either solo or with team or vendor partners across any media domain in Photography & Videography)
·      Ideating, exploring & engaging in creative workshops
·      Art Direction/scripting/Storyboarding & Brand Visualization (Photography & Videography)
·      Ongoing pipeline of interns for photography etc.
·      Managing efficiently Editing & Post Production operations(Photography & Videography)
·      Studio infra upkeep
·      Adapting emerging trends and implementation
